Here are the options:
Remote Admin means we take responsibility for your system administration, performing upgrades, backups, and all admin, keeping your FirstClass system humming. It's your box, your licenses, and your pipe.
Co-location means your box and licenses live at Kannon and we provide the pipe, perform upgrades as needed, backup for disaster recovery only. Your staff administers the system.
Co-location plus Admin is exactly what it says, and is roughly twice the cost of co-location alone. Our staff administers the system.
Hosted means Kannon provides full service for an annual per user fee. The box, licenses, upgrades, maintenance, backups, everything ... is our responsibility. You just log in and enjoy unmatched FirstClass features and reliability.
