We offer a full range of outsourced FirstClass solutions for organizations as small as a few people to large, global companies. Whether you want a fully hosted environment or simply want us to provide admin services remotely, we'll be glad to do it.
Here are the options:
Remote Admin means we take responsibility for your system administration, performing upgrades, backups, and all admin, keeping your FirstClass system humming. It's your box, your licenses, and your pipe.
Co-Location means your box and licenses live at Kannon and we provide the pipe, perform upgrades as needed, backup for disaster recovery only. Your staff administers the system.
Co-Location plus Admin is exactly what it says, and is roughly twice the cost of co-location alone. Our staff administers the system.
Co-Hosted means you continue to own the licenses and we provide the pipe, the box, and do everything else. If you are already running FirstClass, but want to free up stressed tech staff, avoid new hardware purchases, secure your system, and take advantage of the cloud, this is a good option. Often, your FC Admin will want to continue to have Admin privileges, and that's fine with us.
Hosted means Kannon provides full service for an annual per user fee. The box, licenses, upgrades, maintenance, backups, everything ... is our responsibility. You just log in and enjoy unmatched FirstClass features and reliability.
To any of these options, we can add an email archiving service.
