Training

Considering everything we do, it’s training that makes the biggest difference to our customers and their organizations. Kannon was the very first FirstClass Certified Training Center in 1999, and since then we have provided the best -- always individualized -- training available, at our offices in Maine, at locations near you, and at your site, for system administrators and end-users alike. If you are new toFirstClass, taking over a FirstClass server someone else set up, or if you are upgrading to the latest version of FirstClass, you need training from Kannon Communications ASAP. Technical Support

Believe it or not, Kannon provides free FirstClass support for anyone whose FirstClass system has a problem, whether you bought it through us or not. Those who call on us for help often report that we provide the best software tech support experience they've ever had. We also offer CoPilot, a paid, premium support service that customers such as Harvard University School of Continuing Education find cost-effective year after year.
