So many of you have told us you would join a local FirstClass User Group if only somebody would organize it.

User Groups are underway all over the place.
You've said that the "FirstClass Days" conducted by Open Text are valuable, but closer, more frequent opportunities to get together with FirstClass colleagues would be a great way to share knowledge and discuss ways to make your systems hum.
Groups are up-and-running in the Boston area and the South Shore, Gardiner Maine, Providence RI, New Hampshire, Connecticut, western Massachusetts, Vermont, and New York. Other user groups throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey are forming now and additional locations are possible if there is enough interest.
Members set the agenda. We do the legwork to make it happen.
